I recently had the pleasure of using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Port Saint Lucie, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to schedule an appointment. The technician, arrived right on time and immediately assessed the issue with our plumbing. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. I appreciated his transparency and attention to detail throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, and my plumbing is working better than ever. I also found their pricing to be fair and reasonable, especially considering the high level of service provided. It's rare to find a company that combines such professionalism, expertise, and great customer care. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! I am so happy we chose this company! The service was top-notch, from the first phone call to schedule to the job being finished. Tyler came (early!) to replace our water heater and I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and kindness. What an incredible experience we had with Radames 'Rad' Lara & Josh today of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Benjamin Franklin was referred to us by our former plumber who retired. And he referred us to a great company who hired these two young men. We were schedule for Thurs, an thanks to Kristy we were able to get an appt a day earlier to replace our leaky old water heater. My husband & I were not only impressed by their efficiency but their commitment to going the extra mile when 'Rad' before leaving notice a drop of water on one of the connectors. They unpacked their tools fixed the issue & explain what could had happen. That's great customer service. We were so proud of these 2 young men on their professionalism & showing pride in their work. Rad was very punctual and courteous and professional. He was very astute and detailed with his explanation of what he needs to do to research my concerns. He also showed me the cost before he worked on my concern. He gave me information on what was additionally included that their plumbing service provides in the service call. He also found a very dangerous situation with my water heater in my garage as the home inspection is included with the services, recommendations, even researching out why the system was not properly installed I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin plumbing for my home services
